1.Acceptance of These Terms

These Booking Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern every booking made through the LeasHub platform by an Individual Partner or Enterprise Partner (“you,” “Partner”). You accept these Terms by confirming a booking on the platform; each confirmed booking is a record that you agreed to these Terms at that time.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Notice, and with the Wallet and Payment Terms referenced in Section 5.

2.Who These Terms Apply To

These Terms apply to you as an Individual Partner or Enterprise Partner making a booking. Fleet Owners and Drivers are governed by separate agreements. Where you are an Enterprise Partner booking on behalf of your own Client, Section 8 sets out what that means for you and for them.

3.Making a Booking

A booking may cover a single client (one or more vehicles for the same client) or multiple clients (each vehicle assigned to a different client within one request). Regardless of which, a booking is created as one record with one or more vehicle assignments — not as separate, independent bookings — and each vehicle assignment carries its own client name, phone number, and trip details.

You are responsible for the accuracy of every detail you submit — pickup location, time, vehicle category, and each assigned client's information. A booking created with inaccurate pickup information may result in a delay or failure to locate the vehicle, for which LeasHub is not responsible.

4.Booking Confirmation and the Fleet Owner's Role

Once you submit a booking, it is routed to the appropriate Fleet Owner, who may accept or reject it. A booking is not confirmed until a Fleet Owner accepts it and assigns an approved vehicle and an active driver. LeasHub does not guarantee that a specific vehicle, category, or driver will be available, and does not control a Fleet Owner's decision to accept or reject a request.

You will be notified when your booking is confirmed, when the assigned vehicle and driver are set, and of any change to trip status through to completion.

5.Pricing and Payment

Your booking is paid for from your LeasHub Wallet, funded in advance. The amount deducted reflects LeasHub's own platform rate for the booking — the lease-hour rate for the vehicle category booked.

Where you are an Enterprise Partner booking on behalf of a Client, any price you charge that Client for the trip is a matter between you and your Client. LeasHub does not see, set, or control that price, and is not a party to that arrangement.

Full terms governing your Wallet — funding, limits, refunds, and disputes — are set out in the Wallet and Payment Terms.

6.Deposits, Cancellations, and No-Shows

6.1If you cancel or change a booking

  • A deposit of ₦10,000 is required to confirm a booking, applied uniformly across all vehicle categories.
  • You may cancel a booking free of charge up to 1 hour before the scheduled pickup time.
  • A cancellation made after that point, or after the driver has arrived at the pickup location, results in forfeiture of the deposit. This reflects the dispatch and driver-time cost already incurred at that stage, not a penalty for cancelling.
  • A change to pickup location or time must be communicated at least 2 hours in advance; a late change may be treated as a cancellation under this section.

6.2If LeasHub or the Fleet Owner cannot fulfil your booking

  • If the assigned driver fails to arrive within 30 minutes of the confirmed pickup time, you are entitled to cancel without charge and receive a full refund to your Wallet.
  • If LeasHub or the Fleet Owner cancels a confirmed booking for a reason not caused by you, you are entitled to a full refund to your Wallet, and, where reasonably possible, priority rebooking.

7.Overtime and Additional Charges

Where a trip runs beyond the booked duration, you are responsible for the resulting overtime charge, calculated at the same hourly rate as the vehicle category booked and pro-rated to the nearest 15 minutes, deducted from your Wallet. If your Wallet cannot cover the overtime charge, the trip is not interrupted or cut short — the shortfall becomes a blocking balance on your account, which must be settled before you can make a further booking.

8.Enterprise Partner Bookings on Behalf of a Client

As an Enterprise Partner, you may create a booking directly, or your Client may submit one through your Booking Link. Either way, you are responsible for the booking and these Terms apply to you. Your Client is not a party to these Terms, and LeasHub's relationship is with you, not with them.

9.Vehicle and Driver Assignment

The Fleet Owner selects which of its approved vehicles and active drivers to assign to your booking. LeasHub verifies that a vehicle has passed its approval process and that a driver is active on the platform, but does not itself inspect vehicles or supervise drivers day to day, and does not warrant the condition of a vehicle or the conduct of a driver beyond that verification status.

10.The Nature of LeasHub's Role

LeasHub operates a marketplace connecting Partners with Fleet Owners; it is not itself a transport operator and does not itself carry you or your Client. The contract for the trip itself — the actual carriage — is between you (or your Client) and the Fleet Owner whose vehicle and driver are assigned. LeasHub facilitates that arrangement, processes payment through your Wallet, and provides the booking and tracking platform through which it happens.

11.Your Responsibilities

  • provide accurate booking, pickup, and client information;
  • ensure your Wallet holds sufficient funds before a trip begins;
  • not use the Booking Link to collect a Client's information for any purpose beyond the booking itself; and
  • treat the assigned driver and vehicle appropriately, consistent with the Fleet Owner's own terms of carriage.

12.Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits LeasHub's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Nigerian law.

Subject to that, LeasHub's liability arising from your use of the platform — booking, payment, and Wallet functions — is capped at the greater of the fees paid on the booking giving rise to the claim, or your total booking spend in the preceding 3 months. LeasHub is a marketplace facilitator, not the carrier: liability arising from the trip itself — an accident, or a driver's conduct during the trip — sits with the Fleet Owner under its own terms of carriage, and is outside this cap because it is not LeasHub's liability to cap in the first place.

13.Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Where a change is material, we will notify you through the platform before it takes effect.

14.Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. If a dispute arises, you agree to first attempt to resolve it informally by contacting us, allowing 21 days for resolution before pursuing any other remedy. Unresolved disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State.
